JUFJ is supporting multiple immigrant justice bills that have been introduced in the Virginia General Assembly's legislative session. Three of the bills, SB351, SB352, and SB783, are being heard at a committee hearing on Wednesday, January 28 in the Committee for Courts and Justice. Join Virginia JUFJers on Tuesday, January 27 on Zoom at 7 PM to prepare to testify virtually at the hearing in support of these critical bills.

Everyone in Virginia, no matter what job they work or where they were born, should be able to work with dignity and participate in our legal system without fear. JUFJ and our partners remain committed to building a Virginia where everyone can thrive. We have the power to make change — and it’s on all of us to do the work to see that change through.
