As our constitutional rights continue to be challenged, our actions now will determine whether we can continue to exercise those rights in the future. Alex Pretti sought to protect the vulnerable, whether as an ICU nurse at the VA or a good Samaritan in his community. Please join the Federal Unionists Network, Jobs With Justice, and other partners to honor his life and legacy, and stand in solidarity with Minnesotans who have been braving the elements to fight for their communities.
As the number of people being executed and disappeared by ICE grows, our defiance grows stronger. If your practice allows, join our partners on Saturday for a rally and Citywide ICE Watch Training.
Join JUFJ and allies in Baltimore at Hopkins Plaza as we mourn and demonstrate our collective resistance to the ongoing ICE attacks on immigrant communities here in Maryland and beyond.

Jewish clergy and community members will gather in near ICE headquarters to visibilize the growing, faith-rooted opposition to ICE’s cruel and unfounded immigration enforcement system. Grounded in core Jewish values, this action makes clear that there is broad Jewish communal consensus rejecting policies that dehumanize our neighbors. Through prayer, moral witness, and public testimony, participants will demonstrate that this system is a failure of both morality and policy – and that it does not have to be this way.

Purim is a joyful Jewish holiday that commemorates the story of Queen Esther, who used her power to help her community during challenging times. We are packing 420 gift bags to deliver to statewide and Montgomery County elected officials. Join us in packing bags, delivering bags to legislators, donating supplies, or donating money to offset the cost of making all of this happen.
