    On July 18, the Montgomery County Council will take its final vote on rent stabilization. For over two years, JUFJ and our coalition partners have organized for meaningful rent stabilization. Now, we need you to call three key county council members to thank them for moving a strong rent stabilization bills out of committee and ask them to pass an even stronger bill next week!
