    JUFJ launched in Baltimore in 2014, and we chose to prioritize renters' rights and police accountability. As our work and our community have grown over the last decade, we’ve seized many other opportunities to make change in our city and county. And now, we’re having our first campaign priorities discussion since 2016! Join the Baltimore Campaign Selection Team to learn about their process, hear about two campaign options, and be part of the next steps to determine JUFJ’s Baltimore priorities for the coming years.

    Annapolis Academy: Our Issues, Our Legislators

    Effectively communicating about our issues to legislators is critical. Even more important than the facts and figures is sharing our stories and values. This storytelling training is valuable for anyone who is interested in telling a story at a Maryland legislator meeting or who is interested in writing testimony for any of our issues. This training is one hour and 15 minutes - let us know what shift you will attend when you register.
