Desmond Serrette is the Deputy Chief of Programs at Community Change. Prior to working at Community Change, Desmond served as the Deputy National Political Director at SEIU. Desmond grew up in Prince George’s County and holds a BA in African American Studies from Wesleyan University and a Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He lives in Washington, DC.
