In the last legislative session, immigrant advocates led in the passage of the Dignity Not Detention Act and Driver Privacy Act – two critical policies that improve and protect the lives of immigrant families in Maryland. Both bills were vetoed by the Governor. Join our CASA partners to learn about these bills and what steps we can take to ensure that the vetoes are overridden in December.
